continental US. Your package will be shipped either
First Class or Priority Mail through the USPS. If
you want insurance, please contact us for charges.
We ship Monday through Saturday and your order will
be filled and shipped within 72 hours.
Shipping to Non US addresses is by USPS Priority
Mail International. Shipping cost will vary
depending on shipping weight and destination. Please
contact us for rates.
Returns
Unused yarn in the original
packaging may be returned within 45 days for a
refund, exchange or store credit. Customers are
responsible for shipping costs associated with all
returns. Please include a copy of your receipt,
shipping information, email address and phone
number.
Yarn
being returned must have the label attached and
cannot be returned if it has been re-wound or
altered in any way.
